Husco AMG is experienced in a variety of types of assembly equipment. Whether using part racks and trays to distribute components to an operator, or fully automated feed systems tended by a robot, our goal is to understand the project requirements and provide a solution that includes the right level of automation.
We have experience in metal forming, plastic welding, force and distance measurement, and other value-added processes for assembly, as well as extensive knowledge of process controls used for proper assembly verification.
Our goal is to ensure quality is achieved along each step of the process. We also offer the ability to easily validate these process controls (mastering, red rabbit, etc.) on a frequent basis, ensuring each control is continually being verified for functionality.
