EQUIPMENT VALIDATION
An often-underrepresented function of the overall integration process is the actual validation of the equipment itself. Husco AMG has long followed a two-part machine qualification process, with all actions occurring both before equipment is approved to ship to your facility, as well as once it’s set up on your production floor.
We will calibrate necessary devices, ensure measurement processes are robust via GR&R and capability studies, complete and document functionality and safety walkthroughs, and perform multi-hour run-at-rates to validate machine performance for cycle time, uptime, and quality metrics. Communication is paramount to the success of any integration project, and we are open to reviewing any specific approval requirements presented to us as well.
