Husco AMG has continually increased its reliance on vision systems for both assembly applications, as well as for quality control. While our vision applications originally started as simple part presence controls, they have evolved to be used in a much more precise manner, whether it be component orientation management, automatically adapting to changing part conditions, or precise measurement systems capable of micron-level tolerancing. Our in-house lab allows us the ability to trial various system resolutions, as well as numerous lighting options, both of which we’ve found critical to implementing a successful system.
